Job summary

TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking a Community Manager/Community Engagement Specialist to grow Omada’s online user communities across Reddit and Discord.

The role plans and executes campaigns, AMAs, contests, and product launches while creating engaging content that sparks discussion and participation. You will interact with members, nurture a positive community culture, recognize top contributors, and translate user feedback into product improvements, focusing on authentic engagement and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Exceptional writing with an authentic technical tone.
Familiarity with Reddit culture and online communities.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute community campaigns, AMAs, contests, and product launches.
Manage day-to-day operations of Omada's Reddit community and Discord; expand to other platforms.
Create recurring content: discussions, showcases, polls, user stories, and product topics.
Engage with community members; foster a welcoming culture and meaningful conversations.
Identify core contributors and build long-term relationships through recognition programs.
