TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking a Community Manager/Engagement Specialist to grow Omada's online user communities across Reddit and Discord.

You will plan campaigns, run AMAs, and coordinate product launches while creating engaging content that sparks discussion and participation. The ideal candidate will be a strong writer with deep knowledge of Reddit and community dynamics, comfortable building programs in a fast-paced tech environment and identifying top contributors for long-term

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Exceptional writing with a natural voice for a technical audience.
Familiarity with Reddit culture and community platforms.
Understanding of authentic participation and credibility.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to build programs quickly.
Genuine interest in community engagement and technology products.
Strong logical thinking and user-centric problem solving.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute community campaigns, AMAs, contests, and product launches.
Manage Omada's Reddit and Discord communities with potential expansion.
Publish recurring content: discussions, polls, user stories, product topics.
Engage members, foster a welcoming culture, recognize top contributors.
Develop core contributors through recognition programs and long-term relationships.
