Job summary

TP-Link Systems Inc. in Irvine, CA, is seeking a Community Manager/Engagement Specialist to grow Omada's online user communities across Reddit and Discord, with potential expansion to Facebook Groups.

You will plan campaigns, AMAs, contests, and product launches, and create content that sparks discussion and invites user participation. You will interact with members, foster a welcoming culture, recognize top contributors, and collect user feedback to improve products and community experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Exceptional writing with authentic tone for technical/marketing-skeptical audience.
• Familiar with Reddit culture and how platforms operate.
• Understands ethics of authentic community participation and credibility over reach.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable building programs in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine interest in community engagement, user relationships, and tech products.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute community campaigns, AMAs, contests, and product launch activities.
• Manage day-to-day operation of Omada's Reddit community and Discord; expand to other platforms.
• Publish recurring content: discussions, setup showcases, polls, user stories, and product topics.
• Engage with community members, encourage meaningful conversations, foster a welcoming culture.
• Identify and develop core contributors through recognition programs and long-term relationships.
• Track platform signals and turn feedback into product and community improvements.
