You will engage members, foster a positive culture, and recognize top contributors.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer who understands Reddit dynamics and values authentic engagement to build trust while gathering feedback to improve products and community experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Exceptional writing with authentic, technical marketing voice.
• Familiarity with Reddit culture and platform dynamics.
• Ethics of authentic participation and transparency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute community campaigns, AMAs, contests, and product launches.
• Manage day-to-day activities of Reddit and Discord communities.
• Publish recurring content and discuss product topics.
• Engage members, foster welcoming culture, and recognize top contributors.
• Track community performance signals and gather user feedback.
