TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking a Community Manager/Engagement Specialist to grow Omada's online user communities across platforms such as Reddit and Discord.

The role involves planning and executing community campaigns, AMAs, contests, and product launches while creating engaging content that drives discussion and participation. The ideal candidate will be a strong writer with a deep understanding of Reddit and online community dynamics, plus a genuine interest in technology and user

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Exceptional writing with authentic tone for a technical audience.
• Familiarity with Reddit culture and online community dynamics.
• Understanding ethics of authentic participation and credibility over reach.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, fast-paced program-building mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute community campaigns, AMAs, contests, and product launches.
• Manage day-to-day operation of Omada's Reddit community and Discord.
• Publish recurring content: discussions, showcases, polls, user stories, product topics.
• Engage with members to foster a welcoming culture and meaningful conversations.
• Identify core contributors and develop long-term relationships with users.
