Job summary

TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking a Community Manager/Community Engagement Specialist to grow Omada's online user communities on Reddit and Discord in the United States. You will plan, run campaigns, AMAs, contests and product launches, while creating engaging content and building trust with users.

The ideal candidate excels in technical writing, understands online communities, and thrives in a fast-paced tech environment, with a focus on authentic engagement and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Exceptional writing with authentic technical tone.
• Understanding of Reddit culture and platform dynamics.
• Commitment to ethical community participation and transparency.
• Ability to plan and execute engagement programs in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute community campaigns, AMAs, contests, and product launches.
• Manage Omada's Reddit community and Discord day-to-day activities.
• Publish recurring content such as discussions, polls, and user stories.
• Engage with members to foster a welcoming, active community culture.
• Identify core contributors and develop recognition programs.
