• Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences.
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• Licensure, Registration and/or Certification required within 1 year (MT/MLS/AMT).
• Experience: No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs, evaluates, and monitors laboratory tests within established protocols.
• Evaluates results for clinical significance and reporting.
• Performs calibration, maintenance and repair of instruments; handles malfunctions.
• Documents quality control/assurance and takes corrective action when indicated.
• Collects specimens from neonates to adults; ensures proper labeling and suitability for testing.
• Provides training and technical assistance to staff; mentors students and new team members.
