The role emphasizes delivering inclusive, ride-focused experiences, collaborating with staff, and upholding visual standards while assisting in restocking and daily store routines.

Qualifications

• Bike shop experience preferred.
• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication with riders and team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class rider-service to ensure ongoing sales and high rider satisfaction.
• Meet riders, listen to needs, and offer options and advice.
• Inspire purchases and create a positive, lasting impression of Specialized.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep areas clean and organized.
• Attend to store opening/closing routines and light janitorial duties.
