Specialized Bicycle Components, Inc. is seeking a Cycling Specialist to be the front-line host and brand advocate for our Charlotte store. You will connect with riders, offer expert product recommendations, and ensure quick, frictionless solutions to keep customers riding longer and better.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in retail, a passion for cycling, and strong communication. You will help with merchandising, restocking, and delivering exceptional rider service while upholding store

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred and bike knowledge a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class rider-service and help customers with gear and services.
• Assist with visual merchandising and restocking.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization throughout the day.
