Specialized Cycling Specialist is the front line in our store, working with riders both in person and remote as a host, mentor, brand advocate, and customer service ace to locate the goods and experiences needed to keep them riding longer and better. A cycling specialist delivers authentic, inclusive, ride-focused experiences.

This role supports exceptional rider service, sales, and profitability while maintaining welcoming store visuals and collaboration with staff to assist riders in finding

Qualifications

• Bike shop or retail experience preferred.
• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication with riders and team members.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world class rider-service and support sales goals.
• Engage with riders, ask questions, and provide solutions.
• Inspire purchases and create a positive impression of Specialized and the process.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep product areas clean and organized.
• Ensure reliable attendance and punctuality.
