Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Bike Technician to deliver a differentiated cycling-focused customer experience. You will build and repair bicycles according to established procedures and provide informed product recommendations to meet customer needs.

In this role, you will promote warranty sales and the store loyalty program, aim for sales goals in the Bike Department, and uphold company standards for merchandise presentation while supporting the team across the store.

Qualifications

• Prior experience of building, repairing, and selling bicycles preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Build and repair bikes according to established procedures.
• Provide strong product recommendations aligned to customer needs.
• Promote warranty sales and the Scorecard loyalty program.
• Achieve sales goals through selling bikes and related merchandise.
• Maintain merchandise presentation to company standards.
