Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Bike Technician to deliver a top-tier in-store experience by repairing and building bicycles and by making tailored product recommendations to customers. You will engage with riders to meet their needs while driving sales in the Bike Department.

Responsibilities include maintaining product presentation, supporting store operations, and participating in active promotion and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Prior experience building, repairing, and selling bicycles preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide passionate customer service and sell through engagement in the Bike Department.
• Build and repair bikes following established procedures; assist with assembly of exercise equipment as needed.
• Uphold merchandise presentation standards and signage to Company standards.
