Job summary

Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. (CVG) is seeking a Cycle Counter to strengthen inventory accuracy in our manufacturing environment.

You will perform daily to monthly cycle counts of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, partnering with production, warehouse, and quality teams to document results and identify root causes. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in inventory control, experience with ERP/WMS systems, and basic Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in inventory control or cycle counting in a manufacturing/warehouse setting.
• Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, ERP/WMS software).

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular cycle counts as scheduled and document results.
• Reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
• Investigate variances and identify root causes with relevant teams.
• Update inventory records after verification.
• Assist with physical counts during audits.
• Keep inventory areas organized and properly labeled.
