Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc in Dublin, VA is seeking a Cycle Counter to maintain accurate inventory through regular counts of materials, WIP, and finished goods. You will collaborate with production, warehouse, and quality teams to investigate variances and drive continuous improvement in inventory controls.

The role requires 1–2 years in inventory control within manufacturing or warehouse settings, with familiarity in ERP/WMS systems and basic Excel skills.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of inventory control or cycle counting experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Experience with inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and ERP/WMS software.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular cycle counts according to the schedule and document results.
• Compare physical inventory to system records (ERP/WMS) and reconcile discrepancies.
• Investigate inventory variances and collaborate to identify root causes.
• Update inventory records after counts are verified in the system.
• Assist with physical inventory counts during audits.
• Ensure inventory areas are organized and properly labeled for counting.
• Monitor and report on inventory levels, shortages, and excesses.
• Follow safety and quality procedures in all job functions.
• Communicate inventory issues with supervisors and other departments.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy and material flow.
