FIS is seeking a Cycle Count Coordinator to maintain inventory accuracy across warehouse and production areas. You will schedule cycle counts, investigate variances, and reconcile physical inventory with system records, collaborating with shipping, receiving, accounting, QA, and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies and minimize shrink.

The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, and accurate inventory records.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with inventory control and cycle counting.
• Experience with variance investigations and reconciliation.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and ERP platforms.
• Ability to use RF/barcode scanning accurately.
• Strong math, analytical skills, and problem solving.
• Clear written and verbal communication for cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily and scheduled cycle counts using ABC analysis and inventory priority guidelines.
• Investigate inventory variances, including overages, shortages, missing materials, and data errors.
• Reconcile physical inventory against records in ERP and warehouse systems.
• Update inventory records accurately and document adjustments.
• Coordinate with shipping, receiving, accounting, QA, and warehouse teams to resolve inventory issues.
• Analyze recurring discrepancies to identify root causes and corrective actions.
