Job summary

Sysco Northeast RDC in Holliston, MA is seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory Clerk to perform cycle counts, adjust stock in the WMS, and support overall warehouse accuracy. You’ll work Monday–Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, handling receipts, returns and outbound shipments while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

The ideal candidate has math and computer skills, strong communication, and the ability to follow procedures.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must pass a physical assessment.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Perform quarterly cycle counting of inventory to ensure accuracy of perpetual inventory including product information (lot tracking and date integrity).
Make accurate cycle count adjustments in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) as required.
Communicate detailed information for any potential loss of inventory to management to ensure timely action.
Retrieve, research and put away stray product.
Pull, process, load and complete outbound returns, donations, recalls, salvages and any other outbound product shipments as required.
Operate forklifts and other MHE safely and perform daily inspections.
