Sysco Northeast RDC is seeking an inventory-focused finance position responsible for cycle counts, recording stock details, and supporting product recalls. This role also serves as Will-call Clerk on Saturdays with weekend schedule from 7am to noon.

The position emphasizes maintaining inventory accuracy, performing quality checks, and researching root causes of count discrepancies while supporting warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience preferred in inventory or warehouse.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Strong communication and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and verify inventory through cycle counts at least four times per year.
• Ensure accuracy of reserve pallets and put-away/transfer processes.
• Coordinate will-call orders and support product recalls as needed.
• Review management reports to investigate shrink and variances.
• Perform quality checks on date sensitive and obsolete items.
