Qualifications

• Must be able to perform cycle counts and adjustments accurately.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret inventory reports and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform quarterly cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy (lot tracking, date integrity, condition, location).
• Make accurate cycle count adjustments in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Communicate potential inventory losses to supervisors for timely action.
• Correct mis-located products and document incidents for follow-up.
• Research and verify losses; input adjustments into WMS for planning and evaluation.
• Retrieve stray product and manage outbound flows as needed.
• Review OS&D forms for accuracy and approve after verification.
• Handle shelf life data and communicate expirations as appropriate.
• Operate MHE (forklifts, stock pickers, pallet jacks) safely and perform daily inspections.
• Maintain neatness of the work area and report safety issues to supervision.
