Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a physical assessment.
• Must have intermediate math and proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) suite.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform quarterly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Make cycle count adjustments in the WMS.
• Communicate potential inventory loss to supervisors to ensure timely action.
• Correct mis-located products and document incidents for follow-up.
• Research discrepancies and adjust data in system records.
• Retrieve stray product and process outbound returns or recalls as needed.
• Review OS&D forms for accuracy and completeness.
• Obtain shelf life data and flag expiring items for action.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety rules.
• Operate MHE (forklifts, stock pickers, pallet jacks) safely and perform daily checks.
• Comply with company policies and food safety standards.
