Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Cycle Counter to perform regular inventory cycle counts and compare results with the system. You will investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate records while adhering to inventory controls and safety procedures.

In this role you will stand and walk for long periods, operate a forklift as needed, and communicate findings to the inventory team. High school diploma required; 2 years in a similar role preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work irregular hours including weekends/holidays.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical inventory count and compare results with system data.
• Research discrepancies between physical and system count.
• Communicate cycle count findings to those responsible for inventory.
• Adheres to the cycle counting procedures and guidelines.
• Maintains inventory count records and data files.
• Investigates origin of discrepancies.
• Other duties as assigned.
