Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk in Edison, NJ to maintain accurate inventory records and support the Inventory Control Manager. You will update records, reconcile discrepancies, and coordinate physical inventories while developing improved procedures.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, MS Office experience, and strong analytical and communication skills; flexibility for extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Performs duties as instructed by management.
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods.
• Able to work in environments with variable noise, lighting, and temperature.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and updates inventory records.
• Creates efficient inventory management procedures.
• Performs daily activities to maintain inventory management procedures.
• Coordinates annual physical inventory procedures.
• Reconciles inventories to book records and makes adjustments.
