Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with recruiting, sourcing, or coordinating recruiting activities.
• Strong ability to design and execute top-of-funnel sourcing strategies.
• Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to build pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage passive technical talent using multiple platforms.
• Design top-of-the-funnel strategy with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Identify diverse candidates and move them through the pipeline quickly.
• Pitch candidates on Secureframe with tailored, creative messaging.
• Assist with offers and closing candidates.
