Job summary

Secureframe in New York, NY is seeking a recruiter to identify and engage top technical talent as we scale. You will design top-of-funnel strategies, partner with recruiters and hiring managers, and move candidates through the pipeline with speed and transparency.

Secureframe values in-office collaboration and considers 30% in-office presence essential for office-based roles. This NYC-based role offers a ground-floor opportunity as an early team member.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with recruiting, sourcing, or coordinating recruiting activities.
• Strong ability to design and execute top-of-funnel sourcing strategies.
• Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to build pipelines.

What you'll do

• Source and engage passive technical talent using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, AngelList, etc.)
• Design top-of-the-funnel strategy along with recruiters and hiring managers, serving as the subject matter expert on creative sourcing techniques
• Identify and attract candidates with diverse backgrounds at the top-of-the-funnel
• Move candidates through the recruiting pipeline with speed and transparency
• Effectively pitch candidates on Secureframe through specific, tailored, and creative messaging
• Assist with sending out offers and closing candidates

Who we're looking for

• 1+ years of experience with recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting coordination, preferably in a high growth environment
• Exceptional and out of the box sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques (Linkedin Recruiter, Gem, Entelo, etc.)
• Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to identify recruiting needs and build a consistent pipeline within an engineering organization
• Familiarity with Lever or equivalent ATS experience
