Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Leader, Solutions Engineer to guide a SMB-focused cybersecurity presales initiative in the US. You will lead a high-performing Solutions Engineering team, aligning Cisco architectures with customer needs across key accounts while partnering with sales, product, and marketing to shape technical strategy.

You will translate complex cybersecurity concepts for executive audiences, mentor engineers, and drive market-expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related field.
• Experience in cybersecurity presales, engineering, or solution architecture.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and emerging threats.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Solutions Engineers.
• Translate cybersecurity concepts into actionable initiatives for SMB customers.
• Engage with CXOs and Directors on strategic deals.
• Collaborate with Engineering, CX and marketing to deliver client-focused solutions.
