Job summary

Exclusive Networks is seeking a Solutions Engineer in the United States to support pre-sales activities, deliver product updates, and run vendor POCs. You will engage with Sales teams and partners to design security solutions and provide technical guidance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in TCP/IP networking and knowledge of firewalls, switches, WiFi, and endpoint security. Remote work is possible with occasional travel, salary $110K–$120K OTE.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on TCP/IP networking experience.
• 1+ year of Firewall, switches, WiFi, Endpoint security industry knowledge.
• Multitasking with a drive to learn new skills.
• Excellent communication within and across teams to meet SLA timings.
• Maintain 6+ vendors' products technical certifications.
• Team player and contributor to the success of the team.

Responsibilities

• Be the network security solutions advisor, provide pre-sales support to the Sales teams and partners: responding to questions, demos, analyses, and design specs.
• Collaborate with Vendor Management and Marketing to deliver product updates, trainings and webinars.
• Conduct discovery and scoping calls for Professional Services Projects.
• Provide technical expertise and support to all team members.
• Lead lifecycle of vendor solution POC, Proof of Concept.
• Perform other technical duties as necessary.
