Job summary

SimSpace Corporation is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead the technical delivery of customer use cases. You will interface with customers and all Professional Services teams, coordinating national and international travel up to 25%.

The role emphasizes delivering tested, trusted AI agent deployments within cyber defense workflows. You will manage event planning, customer relations, and the creation of repeatable validation playbooks, ensuring outcomes meet real-world security

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a project management position in a cybersecurity-oriented organization.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally up to 25%.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, networks, threat intelligence, and cyber operations.
• Experience with cyber intelligence or instruction is a plus.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into actionable information.
• Excellent execution and multitasking abilities.
• Project and program management experience with attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cyber range environments to train, test, and evaluate AI agents against real-world threats.
• Support customers in training AI agents using realistic cyber scenarios and SOC decision points.
• Collaborate with engineers and customer teams to create repeatable AI agent test scenarios mapped to threats.
• Help customers compare AI agent performance against baseline workflows and security stack capabilities.
• Document AI agent test outcomes, risks, and recommended next steps in reports.
• Develop repeatable AI agent validation playbooks, test plans, and scoring rubrics.
• Support progression from prototype concepts to validated operational use cases.
• Ensure AI agents are tested, trusted, and aligned to defense requirements.
