Job summary

SimSpace is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to drive growth across the Americas as a trusted technical advisor to customers, prospects, partners, resellers, and system integrators. The role supports North, Central, and South America with travel as needed, delivering high-fidelity cyber ranges to test and evaluate cybersecurity teams and agents.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of experience in cybersecurity solution engineering, presales, technical consulting, cyber range operations, security architecture, or a related customer-facing technical role.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical sales cycles across the Americas: discovery, solution mapping, evaluation design, pilot execution, and technical close support.
• Perform fast-moving field engineering: build custom tool integrations and connect customer security stacks into range environments.
• Design and deliver demonstrations of realistic environments (enterprise, cloud, IT, OT, hybrid).
• Translate SimSpace capabilities into customer outcomes across use cases.
• Enable and co-sell with regional partners through joint opportunities and GTM activity.
• Own technical content of RFI/RFP responses and support renewals/expansion.
• Act as a regional thought leader and feedback loop into Product.
• Support renewals and expansion by identifying additional use cases and platform value.
