Job summary

SimSpace Corporation is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to oversee the technical delivery of customer use cases and coordinate across Professional Services teams. This role involves national and international travel up to 25% and close interaction with customers to define goals, scope, and schedules.

You will lead event planning, validation playbooks, and after-action reporting, ensuring AI-driven cyber ranges meet real-world defense requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a project management position in a cybersecurity-oriented organization.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally up to an estimated 25%.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity, networks, threat intelligence, and cyber operations (defensive and offensive).
• Enterprise management-level understanding of IT programs and cybersecurity.
• Experience with cyber intelligence and/or instruction (a plus).
• Ability to gather and translate requirements from customers into actionable information that can be executed.
• Success in roles requiring execution of multiple tasks while handling multiple priorities, ensuring projects are brought to the finish line.
• Project and program management experience with attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Cyber Range Test Environments and ensure repeatable test scenarios.
• Lead planning and execution of customer-facing cybersecurity events.
• Manage customer relations and deliver outstanding experiences and value.
• Document test outcomes, gaps, risks, and next steps in reports and summaries.
• Develop validation playbooks, test plans, and scoring rubrics for engagements.
• Oversee progression from prototype concepts to validated operational use cases.
