Job summary

GuidePoint Security seeks a Project Coordinator to manage a portfolio of security-focused Professional Services engagements, driving successful outcomes for clients. You will handle resourcing, execution, and close-out while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring financial health.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, mastery of Office, Project, Excel, and OpenAir/Salesforce, and are comfortable interfacing with information security teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project, with advanced Excel for reporting.
• Proficient in OpenAir and Salesforce, or other PS applications.
• Industry certifications are preferred.
• Experience interfacing with information security stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams while maintaining customer satisfaction and financial health.
• Understanding information security terms and professional services revenue processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Efficient management of Professional Services projects through the full lifecycle.
• Coordinate resourcing, execution, and close-out activities.
• Maintain regular communications with stakeholders and manage issues and risks.
• Support revenue recognition and invoicing processes.
• Develop and maintain project management documentation.
