Job summary

System One is seeking a Project Coordinator for a remote contract role supporting cybersecurity risk assessment projects. You will coordinate strategies, schedules, and reporting, using Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and Excel to keep plans current and auditable.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in PM or business analysis, strong MS Office and dashboard skills, and proven ability to communicate with leadership. This position offers a competitive hourly rate and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IS/CS or related field.
• 5–10 years PM/coordinator experience.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for coordination and reporting.
• Experience developing dashboards using Power BI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in cybersecurity or financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support project strategy, planning, scheduling, and coordination activities across cybersecurity projects.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and actions using ADO, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams to support timely delivery.
• Maintain and administer project repositories and governance artifacts.
• Manage SharePoint sites, document libraries, and records retention requirements.
• Prepare executive updates for leadership and PMO governance.
