Job summary

GuidePoint Security is seeking a Professional Services Operations Specialist (Southwest) to support Services and Project Management with pre-sales tracking and delivery tasks. This role reports to the VP of Engineering and drives cross-team coordination across sales, delivery, and PSO teams.

Key duties include monitoring services pipeline, WIP reporting, proposals/SOWs, and invoicing issues. Travel up to 15% US-based; remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years IT, security or business-related experience.
• Experience in services delivery or project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible work schedule.
• Demonstrates willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good judgment in analyzing information to benefit the company.

Responsibilities

• Monitor services reporting, including: Services pipeline, WIP, and proposal status/timelines.
• Collaborate with VRM team to manage certifications.
• Create and manage proposals and SOWs; coordinate with PS and account teams on forecasts.
• Resolve invoicing and accounting issues; document the service lifecycle.
• Maintain high internal customer experience through clear communication with sales, delivery, PMO, PSG, and stakeholders.
• Oversee staff augmentation activities: scoping, interviewing, onboarding, project oversight, subcontractor lifecycle.
