Franklin Fitch seeks a hands-on marketing leader to own the end-to-end function for a fast-growing cybersecurity company. You will shape the narrative, positioning, content, product launches, campaigns and sales enablement with the founders and leadership team.

This senior IC role requires expertise across positioning, messaging, content creation, sales enablement and competitive intelligence, with a proactive, test-and-learn mindset and the ability to drive initiatives from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or technical B2B products.
• Hands-on senior IC who enjoys owning strategy and execution.
• Proven ability to develop positioning and messaging across channels.
• Experience with content creation, campaigns and product launches.
• Strong collaboration with founders and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Positioning and messaging across website, campaigns, and sales decks.
• Lead content creation including case studies, landing pages, blogs and launch content.
• Develop executive thought leadership and social content for leaders on LinkedIn and X.
• Support events and field marketing through messaging, content, and product launches.
• Partner with GTM to create and maintain sales decks and battlecards.
• Conduct customer research and monitor competitors to refine ICPs.
• Work with product and demand gen teams to bring features to market with cohesive messaging.
