Job summary

Delaware Nation Industries seeks a Senior Information Security Analyst / Cybersecurity Liaison to provide comprehensive security support for government clients, maintain IT systems, and lead TEMPEST-compliant security efforts.

You will act as ISSO/Cybersecurity Liaison, manage asset inventories, and handle documentation, with a focus on secure networking, user training, and customer service excellence in a government environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in government inventory management and classified systems.
• Strong customer service mindset and technical expertise.
• Security and compliance responsibilities including TEMPEST.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level end-user technical support, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot various computer hardware and software components.
• Maintain and support printers, VoIP telephones, and video telecommunication systems (VTC).
• Establish and maintain secure network connectivity.
• Manage IT asset inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.
• Act as an ISSO and Cybersecurity Liaison, ensuring compliance with security policies.
• Prepare and submit required documentation, including appointment letters and access requests.
• Conduct user training to enhance security awareness and best practices.
• Maintain excellent customer relations and uphold compliance with established security procedures.
