Job summary

Delaware Nation Investments/Emerging Technologies (DNI/ET) seeks a Business Analyst to support the Air Force through advisory services on cybersecurity, network operations, and IT/OT system administration. The role includes contract execution, requirements management, and guiding organizational change initiatives while serving as a key liaison between technical teams, program leadership, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active PMP certification or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Active secret clearance or interim-secret eligibility.
• Ability to work on-site full-time at Tinker AFB, OK.
• Experience supporting government or large-scale technical contracts.
• Experience creating and maintaining WBS and IMS.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Ability to prepare and deliver concise, professional briefings to senior leadership.
• Solid understanding of IT systems, networks, and operational environments.
• Strong technical communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Resourceful problem solver with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise IT operations and contract execution.
• Manage requirements and organizational change initiatives.
• Serve as liaison between technical teams, program leadership, and stakeholders.
• Assist in project planning, schedules, and dashboards as needed.
