Job summary

Emploive is seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst / Cybersecurity Liaison to deliver comprehensive IT security support for government clients. You will manage assets, support end-users, and act as an ISSO to ensure compliance with security policies and TEMPEST standards.

The role includes training personnel on security best practices and coordinating documentation such as appointment letters and access requests, while maintaining strong customer relations in a secure environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with government inventory management and classified systems.
• ISSO responsibilities or security liaison experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to communicate security concepts clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level end-user technical support and ensure timely resolution.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components.
• Maintain printers, VoIP, and video telecommunication systems (VTC).
• Establish and maintain secure network connectivity.
• Manage IT asset inventory and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Act as ISSO and Cybersecurity Liaison ensuring compliance with security policies.
• Prepare and submit appointment letters and access requests.
• Conduct user training to enhance security awareness.
• Maintain excellent customer relations while upholding security procedures.
• Perform risk assessments and vulnerability testing to ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Develop TEMPEST security training programs and document TEMPEST compliance for audits.
