Job summary

Censys is hiring a Technical Content Specialist to own learning content and hands-on exercises in the Censys Academy LMS, turning new users into confident operators. You’ll help build product documentation, videos, and interactive CTFs, sitting close to product, teaching both mechanics and mission behind it.

You will bridge cybersecurity storytelling with practical enablement, shaping how security professionals understand and use Censys across attack surface management, infrastructure

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in technical writing, instructional design, content development, or related enablement role in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
Experience building content for an LMS, course structuring and publishing.
Strong writing skills translating complex product functionality into clear content.

Responsibilities

Plan, develop, write, and manage interactive learning content for the Censys LMS from structure to publication.
Transform ILT content into self-paced eLearning experiences.
Design interactive capture-the-flag exercises with SMEs.
Assist in creating, editing, and publishing product documentation.
Create processes to keep content and onboarding programs current.
