Job summary

Team Cymru is seeking a Training & Academy Lead to build and run the Team Cymru Academy. You will design role-based learning paths for Threat Intel Analysts, SOC teams, CTI leads, and platform specialists, and deliver live and hands-on training using our threats-focused content.

The role reports to Customer Success, collaborates with CTI Advisors and Product teams, and administers the LMS, enforces a scalable curriculum, and tracks program KPIs to improve customer adoption and retention.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Cybersecurity with hands-on CTI, threat hunting, SOC, or IR experience.
• 2+ years designing and delivering technical training for external audiences.
• Experience creating technical training content: courses, labs, exercises.
• Experience with LMS administration and content authoring tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design role-based learning paths for Threat Intel Analysts, SOC/IR teams, CTI leads, and platform specialists.
• Create live and on-demand courses, labs, videos, and hands-on labs aligned to real-world scenarios.
• Deliver live training sessions both virtual and in-person.
• Manage LMS, enrollments, assessments, and learner support.
• Track KPIs and continuous improvement of content and delivery.
• Collaborate with CTI Advisors, Solution Engineers, and Product teams.
