Qualifications

• 3+ years project management experience delivering enterprise IT/Service Delivery projects.
• PMP Certification.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Manage simultaneous global projects for multiple customers, ensuring timely implementations.
• Plan, document and execute all phases of the project life-cycle using formal project management practices.
• Build relationships at all customer levels to understand needs and drive time to value.
• Promote process improvements and best-practice adoption within business and technical teams.
• Develop LOEs and SOWs with customers and prospects, coordinating resources.
• Provide regular updates on cost analysis, issues, and stakeholder communications.
• Partner with internal teams to mitigate risks and accelerate time to value for customers.
