FireMon, a leader in network security policy control, is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead global customer projects and ensure on-time, value-driven deployments of FireMon products and services.

You will partner with customers and internal teams (sales, delivery, engineering) to define scope, plan the lifecycle, manage risks, and deliver measurable outcomes. PMP is a plus; a business or technical degree is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management delivering enterprise IT or service delivery projects.
• PMP Certification.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple Fortune 500 projects with senior sponsors.
• Strong written and verbal communication and executive presence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage simultaneous global projects for multiple customers ensuring timely implementations in accordance with best practices, policies, procedures and prescribed implementation methodology.
• Plan, document and execute all phases of the project life-cycle including scope, requirements, timelines, risk and communications management, and resource coordination.
• Build relationships at all levels of the customer to understand needs and drive time to value.
• Promote change, continuous process improvement, and best practice adoption within both business and technical teams.
• Develop level-of-effort estimates (LOEs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) with customers and prospects.
• Provide updates to project stakeholders including cost analysis, issue tracking, and communications with business lines and technology management.
• Partner with internal teams to overcome risks and drive Time to Value for customers.
