Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's ISRM team seeks an IM Cyber Security Director - PECS to lead cybersecurity for patient experience and customer solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity with leadership in enterprise environment.
• Experience advising senior leaders and directing cybersecurity strategy.
• Knowledge of HIPAA security rule and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year, risk-based security strategy for PECS.
• Lead risk-based reviews and guide controls across programs, cloud services, data platforms, analytics and AI use cases.
• Establish governance across PECS with risk acceptance, escalation, and third-party oversight.
• Develop executive risk insights and metrics to align security with business planning.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing, inclusive security team.
