Job summary
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Technology seeks a Senior Director, Commercial Data Platforms & Products in NJ/PA with primary Titusville, NJ. Lead the data foundation strategy, architecture, and governance for commercial data across NA Commercial and GCSO.
You will build and lead a multidisciplinary team, advance cloud data ecosystems, and enable self-serve analytics while ensuring privacy, compliance, and AI readiness. Expect travel up to 10% for collaboration and rollout.

- Experience building enterprise data platforms
- Experience delivering data products at scale
- Strong knowledge of data governance and data quality
Responsibilities
- Define strategy and roadmap for core commercial data platforms
- Lead architecture, engineering, governance, and productization of data assets
- Drive DataOps, reliability, and cost management across platforms
- Partner with business teams to translate questions into data products
- Ensure privacy, compliance, and AI readiness in data foundations
