Job summary

ConnectWise is seeking a Demand Generation Manager for Cybersecurity and Data Protection to own pipeline and revenue growth across managed EDR, SIEM, and data protection offerings. You will lead end-to-end go-to-market initiatives, coordinating digital, outbound, webinars, content, and PMM resources to drive measurable impact.

The role targets IT and security leaders, requiring hands-on leadership to optimize campaigns, measure performance, and align with sales for bookings growth.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end go-to-market motion for Cybersecurity and Data Protection, including narrative, web and digital presence, and campaign portfolio.
• Coordinate centralized resources across digital, outbound, webinars, content, and PMM to work cohesively for the product.
• Own pipeline creation and contribute to bookings targets for the portfolio.
• Develop and execute campaign strategy including channel mix, content offers, and program planning to hit pipeline targets.
• Partner with Rev Ops to build reporting rhythms that track performance and optimize.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to maintain feedback loops on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
