Witness AI is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead regional demand programs across the U.S. Central and Northeast via remote work or hybrid setups.

You will partner with Regional Sales Directors, Channel Directors, and partners to plan impactful campaigns, events, and promotions that accelerate the pipeline and engage customers. The role requires 4–6 years in B2B/cybersecurity marketing with strong collaboration skills, a focus on metrics, and proficiency in Salesforce for program tracking

Qualificações

• 4–6 years in B2B/cybersecurity field or partner marketing.
• Proven experience partnering with sales organizations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Salesforce to track program performance and pipeline.

Responsabilidades

• Create quarterly field marketing plans that generate demand and increase funnel velocity in the assigned territory.
• Own end-to-end execution of regional programs, including virtual and in-person events and executive roundtables.
• Manage logistics, promotions, communications, SDR hand-offs, and post-program follow-up.
• Support planning and execution of national tradeshows, conferences, and customer events as needed.
• Own the in-region field marketing budget and track spend, evaluating CPL, ROI and pipeline contribution.
• Provide weekly and monthly program reporting, including event analytics.
