Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success or strategic account management within enterprise software or cybersecurity.
• Experience supporting U.S. Federal customers, with understanding of government environments.
• Demonstrated ability to drive retention and identify growth opportunities.
• Knowledge of federal procurement processes and contract vehicles is a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
