Qualifications

• Five or more years of professional experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, IT audit, security consulting, or a related field.
• Experience in the financial-services industry such as banking, fintech, payments, or capital markets.
• Broad exposure to digital assets, blockchain, stablecoins, tokenization, or Banking‑as‑a‑Service.
• Strong knowledge of governance and controls including IAM, data protection, cloud and applications security.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; one or more professional cybersecurity certifications.
• Ability to learn new technologies and translate risk into practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity, technology-risk, and operational-resilience engagements for financial institutions and fintechs.
• Evaluate cybersecurity implications of emerging technologies and business models.
• Assess risks related to digital-asset custody, wallet infrastructure, APIs, and third-party risk.
• Advise on governance, incident response, business continuity, and regulatory expectations.
• Manage engagements from planning through reporting, including scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Mentor junior professionals and contribute to Crowe's cybersecurity capabilities.
