Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to help financial institutions manage cybersecurity risk in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment. The role emphasizes understanding digital assets, blockchain, and embedded finance while translating complex risks into practical client recommendations.

The successful candidate will lead engagements, guide teams, and ensure high-quality delivery, with a strong emphasis on governance, incident response, and business continuity.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of professional experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, IT audit, security consulting, or a related field.
• Experience in financial services (banking, fintech, payments, capital markets, asset management, insurance).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity governance, controls, IAM, data protection, cloud security, incident response.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity, technology-risk, and operational-resilience engagements for banks, fintechs, and payments providers.
• Evaluate cybersecurity implications of evolving technologies and business models (digital assets, blockchain, stablecoins, tokenized assets, custody).
• Assess risks around digital-asset custody, key management, wallet infrastructure, APIs, cloud platforms, and third-party risk.
• Advise clients on regulatory expectations and frameworks (FFIEC, GLBA, NYDFS, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, PCI DSS).
• Manage engagements from planning to reporting, including scope, team oversight, and budgets.
• Mentor junior professionals and grow Crowe's cybersecurity capabilities.
