Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to help financial institutions, fintechs, payments providers, and other financial services organizations manage cybersecurity risk in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment.

The role requires strong foundation in financial-services cybersecurity or IT risk, with exposure to digital assets, blockchain, and tokenized assets. You will lead engagements, advise on governance, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional cybersecurity, technology risk, IT audit, security consulting, or related field.
• Experience in financial services is preferred.
• Broad exposure to emerging financial technologies and business models (digital assets, blockchain, stablecoins, tokenization).
• Ability to explain cybersecurity, third-party risk, data protection, compliance, and operational resilience implications.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity, technology-risk, and operational-resilience engagements for banks, fintechs, and payment providers.
• Evaluate implications of evolving technologies and business models (digital assets, blockchain, stablecoins, tokenized assets).
• Assess risks in crypto custody, wallet infrastructure, smart contracts, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Translate complex risks into practical recommendations for clients.
• Manage engagements from planning through reporting, including scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Mentor junior professionals and grow Crowe's cybersecurity offerings.
