Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to help financial institutions, fintechs, and payments providers manage cybersecurity risk in a rapidly evolving environment. You will translate complex risks into practical recommendations for clients and lead engagements from planning through reporting.

Qualifications

Five or more years of professional experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, IT audit, security consulting, or a related field.
Experience working in or serving the financial‑services industry.
Broad exposure to emerging financial technologies and business models.
Ability to explain cybersecurity and risk implications of new technologies.
Strong knowledge of governance, controls, and incident response.
Experience managing engagements from planning through reporting.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; professional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead cybersecurity and technology-risk engagements for banks, fintechs, and payments providers.
Evaluate cybersecurity implications of evolving technologies and business models.
Assess risks across digital-assets, blockchain, APIs, cloud, and third-party integrations.
Advise on governance, incident response, continuity, and resilience.
Mentor junior professionals and contribute to Crowe's capabilities.
