Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, IT audit, security consulting, or related field.
• Experience in the financial-services industry (banking, fintech, payments, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; professional certifications such as CISSP/CISM/CRISC are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity, technology-risk, and operational-resilience engagements for banks, fintechs, and payments providers.
• Evaluate cybersecurity implications of digital assets, blockchain, stablecoins, and Banking-as-a-Service.
• Assess risks in asset custody, key management, wallet infrastructure, smart contracts, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Communicate emerging risks and business implications to executives and client stakeholders.
• Mentor junior professionals and contribute to Crowe's financial-services cybersecurity capabilities.
