Qualifications

• Five+ years in cybersecurity, technology risk, IT audit, security consulting, or related field.
• Experience in financial-services sector (banking, fintech, payments, etc.).
• Exposure to emerging financial tech like digital assets, blockchain, stablecoins, tokenization, custody, embedded finance, or Banking-as-a-Service.
• Ability to explain cybersecurity and risk implications of new tech to clients.
• Strong governance and controls knowledge including IAM, data protection, cloud/app security, third-party risk, incident response, business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity, technology-risk, and operational-resilience engagements for financial clients.
• Evaluate implications of evolving tech and business models for cybersecurity.
• Assess risks in digital-asset custody, crypto, APIs, cloud platforms, and third-party integrations.
• Advise on governance, incident response, and regulatory alignment across ecosystems.
• Mentor junior professionals and contribute to Crowe's cybersecurity capabilities.
